I have been a chef for over 15 years. I have a real passion for Southern cuisine but have trained under multiple styles. I grew up learning cooking at my grandparent's elbow. I love bringing the joy of food to others.

My job is to help support the process and make things easier. I come from a big family that has a lot of functions and food has been the focal point of those gatherings. I have had management and people experience for over twenty years.
About Us
A passion for bringing Southern food to the Pacific Northwest is our first goal. Born and raised in the deep south and missing tastes of home, Anita & Joe was formed with two goals. First, bring those classic flavors to our new home. The second goal (most important of the two) of honoring the two people who made me fall in love with southern food, Anita and Joseph Malone. We offer personal chef services and catering. From family meal planning to intimate dinners.
